Lion's Mane:

- It stimulates the nerve growth factor which promotes cognitive ability, studies have been conducted on patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia in which the results show that the patients who use it regularly have increased memory and better results on cognitive tests.

Caffeine:

- Caffeine is one of the most used supplements in the world. Despite the stigma, you can get a lot of benefit of using caffeine in a moderate amount - we have the sweet spot of 200 mg in RAGNAROK.

- Caffeine provides you with increased focus, energy, and strength. We use a food based caffeine along with a delayed release form to provide the most benefit, keeping you energized throughout your workout with no crash. 

- Studies show that moderate use of caffeine (200-300mg) has been tied to a 41% reduce in developing multiple cardiometabolic diseases (type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, etc.).

- We combine caffeine with L-Theanine which leads to a smooth come-down from the caffeine.
