Welcome to Titanforged Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of titanforgedlabs.com (the "Site"), your purchase of our products, and your participation in our email and SMS marketing programs. By using the Site, placing an order, or opting in to our messaging programs, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. SMS Marketing Program Terms
These SMS terms are required reading if you opt in to text messages from Titanforged Labs.
Program description
Titanforged Labs operates a recurring SMS marketing program that sends promotional messages, product launch announcements, restock alerts, order-related updates, and offers to customers who have opted in.
How to opt in
You can join the Titanforged Labs SMS program by:
- Checking the SMS marketing consent box at checkout
- Entering your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box on a signup form on our Site
- Texting a keyword to our number where offered
Consent is never a condition of purchase. You do not have to join the SMS program to buy anything from us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 4 to 8 messages per month, with additional messages during major launches or promotional periods.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Titanforged Labs does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received, depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further marketing texts from us. You may also unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link included in our messages, or by emailing us at the address in Section 10.

Supported carriers
The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier support is subject to change without notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. By opting in, you confirm both.
Privacy
Your phone number and messaging preferences are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf.
2. Email Marketing
By subscribing to our email list you consent to receive marketing emails from Titanforged Labs. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from email does not unsubscribe you from SMS, and vice versa; the two programs are managed separately.
3. Products and Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order confirmation has been sent, for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Product images, descriptions, and packaging are provided for reference. Formulas, flavors, and labels may change; the supplement facts panel on the product you receive governs.
4. Pricing, Promotions, and Discount Codes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, may be restricted to specific products or customer segments, and expire on the date stated in the offer. Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
Shipping, returns, and cancellations are governed by our published Refund Policy and Cancellations Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Titanforged Labs products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Our products are intended for healthy adults 18 and over. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking any medication. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction. Do not exceed the recommended serving size.
Nothing on the Site or in our messages is medical advice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content on it, including the Titanforged Labs and RAGNAROK names and logos, product photography, copy, and design, are owned by Titanforged Labs and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
8. User Content and Reviews
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant Titanforged Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our marketing. You represent that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline to publish or may remove any submission at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titanforged Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, our products, or our messaging programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
